Party Wall Awards - The A Team can serve notice for free. If neighbours dissent the notice one of The A Team can act as a Building Owners Surveyor. If you have received a notice and would like to appoint a friendly knowledgeable Party Wall surveyor to act for you in respect of Party Wall matters, one of The A Team can act as a Adjoining Owners Surveyor. If the neighbours agree to appoint one surveyor to act for both parties, one of The A Team can act as the Agreed Surveyor.

The Process

The client needs to appoint one of The A Team in writing before action. Call The Team on our phone number to discuss appointment. The Team needs your full name, your home address, the site address if different from your home address, email and telephone contact details, full set of plans detailing the Party Wall work, one proof of address, a copy of your passport and your neighbours contact details. This information can all be emailed to The Team at info@ateamsc.co.uk

Post written instruction and serving of notice, one of The A Team will visit site to meet the Building Owner and Adjoining Owner and or other surveyor (if applicable) and carry out a Schedule of Condition survey. The Party Wall Award(s) would then be issued to all parties following the Schedule of Condition survey. A final inspection is carried out after the Party Wall works have been completed.

 

Note: The Building Owner normally pays all the surveyors fees.
